AMC

Two types of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are offered: the Standard Update & Support Service and the Premium Update & Support Service. These options are designed to cater to varying levels of support and service needs. After the completion of the first year, customers have the flexibility to choose either an AMC plan or opt for an Annual Support and Development (ASD) package based on their requirements.
